■ Boiled shark fin with shrimp roe

Shrimp eggs (shas), which are dried shrimp eggs, have been used as a natural seasoning since ancient times.Please enjoy shark fin with the flavor and umami of shrimp.

■Four colors of xiaolongbao

In addition to our signature Kyoto Ding Xiao Long Bao, Oolong Tea Xiao Long Bao, and Crab Meat Xiao Long Bao, we also have 4 types of seasonal Xiao Long Bao.
